You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and meet any applicable minimum-age requirement to purchase our products. Nelson Cut scissors and replacement blades are sharp professional tools. They may be purchased, possessed, and used only for lawful purposes and by persons legally permitted to do so.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, scrape or copy the website through unauthorized automated means, infringe another person's rights, or use the website or our products for unlawful or harmful activity.
 

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, finishes, dimensions, and packaging may appear differently on different screens or may change without materially affecting product function. Images may include props that are not included. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, pricing or description errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, inability to deliver, or misuse of a promotion.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. Purchase limits may apply. Wholesale, salon, distributor, or other B2B orders may be governed by a separate written agreement, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.
 

Prices and currencies are displayed on the website and may change before an order is submitted. Shipping charges and taxes collected by us will be shown at checkout. Customers outside the United States may be responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other destination charges that are not collected at checkout.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method supplied for the total shown at checkout. You represent that the billing and order information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
 

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. U.S. orders are fulfilled from U.S. domestic inventory. Orders to other supported countries and regions are fulfilled from China. Please review the applicable policies before purchasing.

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by error, fraud, or abuse, subject to applicable law.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use it to operate and promote Nelson Cut. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. We do not require positive reviews and may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or irrelevant content.
 

The website and its text, photographs, videos, graphics, product names, logos, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to Nelson Cut and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Nelson Cut,” “Navigator Blade,” “Dynamic Blade,” and related branding may be trademarks or trade names of their respective owner. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal and lawful purposes.

The website may use or link to Wix, PayPal, social networks, carriers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their separate services, and a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Any express product warranty and all statutory warranties or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nelson Cut and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the website or products.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law permits or requires a claim to be brought elsewhere.

Before filing a claim, please contact nelsoncut8@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right or prevents an eligible claim from being filed in small-claims court.
 

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when an order was accepted will generally govern that order. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
